This is when we take on the hard work. We build everything in our studio in Austin, TX with care and consideration to ensure that the final product is even better than the concept drawings that you approved.

The Nuts + Bolts

Pricing is determined by several variables - all of which are based on tangible factors and considerations and are as follows:
Linear foot calculations for standard types of cabinetry and case work
Complexity of joinery, assembly, and fabrication process
Scale of job - either the amount of objects or the size of objects
Type of finish - high gloss paint, hand-rubbed oil finish, etc.
The cost of material + the time it takes to fabricate, deliver, finish, and install

Lead times vary depending on the scale and scope of a project and the amount of jobs in the queue but can be generally simplified into three categories, with the following expected lead times:
Individual furniture pieces — 6-8 weeks
Small scale built ins — 10-12 weeks
Large cabinet and millwork projects — 4-6 months

Payment breakdowns for custom work are as follows:
10% Design Fee
40% Production Deposit
50% Upon Completion

Don’t need a fully custom piece? Shop our in-house collection of made-to-order furniture. Every piece is designed and built at our studio in Austin, TX. Available for shipping in the U.S. or free local pickup.
